It is also very easy to cancel your auto-ship orders as well, unlike many other auto-ship plans which make canceling them a hassle. Medifast lets you cancel the auto-ship plan right on their website. Because it is so easy, I think it is generally a good idea to just sign up for the auto-ship plan, even if you aren’t sure you’ll want to re-order.
